Reality television star Kim Kardashian, who recently confirmed she is officially single, has praise for ex-prisoner singer David Jassy.
'The Kardashians' star took to the Stories section of her Instagram and re-shared a post from David, who performed under the stage name Dauda.
Kardashian wrote in the video: "David Jassi also spent 15 years in San Quentin prison where I met him and spent time with him learning about his music program and Ear Hustle podcast, so proud he's home and making music."
David, a Swede, was charged with one count of murder and an additional count of assault with a deadly weapon when he suffered road rage in 2008 and involuntarily killed jazz musician Jan Osnes. He remains in custody on $1 million bail, facing life in prison with no parole.
On March 4, 2010, Jassi was sentenced to 15 years to life in prison. He is scheduled to be eligible for parole in 2024. On March 27, 2020, California Governor Gavin Newsom commuted Jassey's sentence and he was released from prison on parole.
Meanwhile, Kardashian previously shared that she is single and that her kids are setting her up. Some of her kids want her to hook up with basketball players, while others want her to date streamers.
