Varun Dhawan Reveals Ingredients for 'Pan India Chemistry'

Actor Varun Dhawan reveals the perfect mix to create “pan-India chemistry”, stating that a “Northern boy + Southern girl” is needed to achieve it.

On Friday, Varun shared a series of pictures from the trailer launch of 'Citadel: Honey Bunny' on Instagram.

Actress Samantha Ruth Prabhu is featured in these films along with Varun.

“North boy + South girl = pan India chemistry. Yesterday was everything I hoped for. Thanks for the love on the teaser,” wrote the actor.

Varun praised his work with directors Raj and DK.

“Great to team up with @rajanddk. Plus, @therussobrothers producing it with @dr_films is even more special. @amazonprime are great partners in giving us this platform to truly tell this global badass romance,” he shared.

'Citadel: Honey Bunny', the Indian adaptation of 'Citadel' starring Priyanka Chopra and Richard Madden will go on air from November 7.

During the trailer launch on Thursday, Varun shared that this is the second time in his career after 'Badlapur' that he will be a part of a dark story.

'Citadel: Honey Bunny' also stars Kay Kay Menon and is set to drop on Prime Video.

On the film front, Varun will next be seen in Kallis' action thriller 'Baby Jaan'. The film is slated to release on Christmas 2024.

In June, the makers and the actor announced a new release date. The film is first slated to hit the screens on May 31. In a statement, the release date was postponed due to heavy reliance on visual effects and action sequences.

The film marks the debut of Hindi film actress Keerthy Suresh and also features Vamika Gabbi making her silver screen debut.

This action entertainer stars Jackie Shroff and Rajpal Yadav.
