National award winning playback singer Shreya Ghoshal has lent her voice to the song 'Aaj Shara Bela' in the upcoming Bengali film 'Bohurupi'.

Composed by Anupam Roy, the song revolves around a girl who waits for her lover. For the song, Anupam stalked the five-time National Award-winning singer for six months.

About the song, Shreya Ghoshal said, "It's a beautiful song and I love the composition. The song combines elements from multiple genres to make it sound very interesting, really! It's a beautifully shot song and scene. In it, the girl is waiting for her lover and it's a singer. Or I think as a songwriter, whatever melody he creates or the lyrics of a song – all come from his heart and reflect on the composition”.

Anupam and Shreya first worked together in the song 'Kolkata' from the 2016 film 'Praktaan'. It stars Bengali cinema icon Prosenjit Chatterjee and Rituparna Sengupta.
